TKN Heran Program Jokowi untuk Rakyat Jadi Materi Gugatan Ke MK

Tim Kampanye Nasional Jokowi-Ma'ruf mempertanyakan sejumlah materi gugatan Tim Hukum Prabowo-Sandi ke Mahkamah Konstitusiu. Salah satunya terkait dengan kebijakan Jokowi yang dianggap melanggar seperti kenaikan dana kelurahan, dana bansos, hingga infrastruktur.

Juru Bicara TKN Irma Chaniago bahkan menegaskan bahwa apa yang dilakukan Jokowi hanya berniat untuk mensejahterakan rakyat, tidak terkait langsung dengan perolehan suara. Sehingga tak sepantasnya menjadi masalah.


"Mereka harus baca dan paham fungsi dan kewenangan MK. Loh mereka ini ikut pilpres tujuannya untuk mensejahterakan rakyat atau untuk kepentingan pribadi dan kelompok ?Kok program pro rakyat disoal," kata irma kepada wartawan, Kamis (30/5).


Padahal, selama ini Irma menilai bahwa kubu Prabowo-Sandi selalu menyuarakan terkait kebijakan pro rakyat. Sehingga, apa yang dipermasalahkan selama ini dinilai cukup bertentangan.

"Tiap hari maki-maki presiden tidak  pro rakyat. Nah ketika presiden memberikan program pro rakyat untuk supporting kesejahteraan rakyat, kok malah disoal," jelasnya.


Tim Kuasa Hukum Jokowi-Ma'ruf, Ade Irfan Pulungan menyebut pihaknya sudah menyiapkan bahan dalam persidangan terkait materi gugatan itu.

"Itu kan masuk materi gugatan. Nanti akan kami bantah di persidangan saya enggak akan mengomentari sepanjang itu, ada kaitan dengan materi persidangan. Kami enggak mau mendebatkannya," kata Ade, Minggu (30/5).

"Kalau kami jawab kan sama saja nanti mereka mengetahui apa yang akan kami jawab nanti,"tandasnya.


Sebelumnya, BPN Prabowo-Sandi menilai Jokowi-Ma'ruf  menyalahgunakan APBN dan program pemerintah untuk meningkatkan elektabilitasnya dalam Pilpres 2019.

"Tindakan demikian nyata-nyata bentuk vote buying dengan menggunakan anggaran negara," bunyi gugatan BPN.

BPN kemudian mencontohkan beberapa penyalahgunaan APBN dan program pemerintah dengan melampirkan bukti link berita. Di antara bukti link berita itu yakni: Jokowi Percepat Penerimaan PKH, Kenaikan Dana Kelurahan, Jokowi Mengakui Pembangunan Infrastruktur untuk Kepentingan Pemilu 2019.

"Sekilas ini adalah program pemerintah biasa, namun jika ditelaah lebih jauh maka akan terlihat program-program itu dari segi momentum dan kebiasannya merupakan bentuk strategi pemenangan paslon 01," isi gugatan BPN.
